Dash, who rose to fame as Dionne Davenport in the blockbuster 1995 movie Clueless, exercises four to five days per week, mixing cardio activities like running with mild weightlifting.
Stacey admitted to Latina magazine, "I try to eat healthily." On Instagram, Dash occasionally shares glimpses from her workouts where she can be seen performing calisthenics and strength training.
